Mobinhost provides various web hosting solutions including shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and domain registration services. Users are required to use these services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Mobinhost reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of our services at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms, and you agree that Mobinhost shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mobinhost does not warrant that the Platform or any of its functions will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any part of the Platform, or the servers that make it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Mobinhost, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if such parties were advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any other materials or services provided by Mobinhost, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), warranty, statute, or otherwise.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mobinhost, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Platform using your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Mobinhost related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Mobinhost’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
